She believes in creating a warm, safe, and motivating space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their recovery journey.
Vyvyanna’s approach emphasizes early childhood, drawing from attachment-based, psychodynamic perspectives. She also integrates tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful and lasting change in individuals, families, and couples.
She earned her Master’s in Psychology from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and her Bachelor’s in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton. Her path into this work has been shaped not only by her education and training, but also by her own lived experiences with mental health. These personal insights continue to inspire her clinical practice and serve as a reminder of the strength and resilience that exist within each person.
Vyvyanna firmly believes that healing is not linear and that positive transformation is always possible—no matter where someone is starting from. She is honored to walk alongside her clients with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for their individual process
